Start your Friday strong with a free 45-minute mat Pilates class in-store at LSKD Geelong. Expect upbeat vibes, RNB tunes, and a supportive community atmosphere. After class, we’ll head to Blankspace for FREE coffee – come along if you have time before work.
What to bring:
– Your own yoga mat
– Water bottle
– Comfy activewear (we’ll be moving indoors)
