Initial Consult
$240 – 1hr
At Adara Wellness, your initial consultation lets us dive deep into your health journey. In this consultation we will review presenting symptoms, previous investigations/tests, or any other information relevant to your concern. Your symptoms will be thoroughly explored and examined by looking at how various body systems may be involved. Your medical history, current medications, and any nutritional supplements you’re taking, as well as your lifestyle choices that may have an influence on your condition. We'll also consider any relevant tests that may be needed to understand your health concerns further. At the end of this consultation, you will be provided a tailored treatment plan and a suitable prescription if required, depending on your presenting symptoms.
Extended Return Consult
$160 – 45min
In an extended appointment, we will review any test results, including pathology or functional test results, that may require extra explaining and questioning to grasp a deeper understanding. If it has been anything more than six to ten weeks since your initial consultation, an extended follow-up will be necessary to help fill in any gaps that may have been missed during this time. We will evaluate your progress with the current treatment plan and prescriptions. We'll also address any new concerns or symptoms that have developed. If you are a returning client coming in with a new condition, this is the consultation for you. Based on our discussion, we will either continue with the existing plan or modify it to address these new issues, and your prescription will be updated.
Return Consult
$140 – 30min
In a follow-up consultation, we will either continue with the treatment plan established during your initial visit or address any new symptoms that have arisen and adjust your treatment plan. We'll delve deeper into your diet, review pathology or functional testing results, and monitor the effectiveness of your supplemental or herbal prescriptions. You'll receive ongoing support and education to help you achieve your health goals. Based on your progress and feedback, we'll fine-tune your treatment plan to ensure it remains effective and personalised. We will also address any new health concerns or questions during this session.
